Mindfulness or present moment awareness is an ancient Buddhist practice that has become the fastest growing meditation technique globally today. In this session, participants can discover its history and contemporary application; understand how it works at the brain level and its many benefits. Beating stress, anxiety, improving health, focus, clarity and happiness are some of the immediate benefits one can achieve.

Gopi Krishnaswamy is a Mindfulness practitioner and teacher. He has trained in various forms of present moments awareness including at Zen master Thich That Hanh’s school of mindfulness, having lived in the Plum Village Monastery in Thailand. Gopi combines his 25 years of corporate and entrepreneurial experience to teach the ancient art of Mindfulness in a unique way combining deep spiritual practices with contemporary application. He is also training at Google’s world famous Search Inside Yourself Leadership Institute bringing the power of Mindfulness and Emotional Intelligence to corporates across the globe.
