About the facilitator:

Sourav Roy: 
Poet, translator, and journalist; Sourav is currently the Editor of Bengaluru Review magazine. Since its inception in 2011, he has been an integral member of Anjuman, a Hindi-Urdu literature club based out of Bengaluru. In the past, Sourav has worked as an Editor at YourStory Media, and conducted several workshops for poetry for adults and children. 

Published work: Anabhra Ratri Ki Anupama, Uttistha Bharat, Yayavar (collections of poems); Karnakavita - an anthology of Bengaluru poets, Teen Natak - Abhishek Majumdar (editor). Translator of American historian Howard Zinns plays into Hindi, currently under publication. Researching Asian aesthetics at present, with a special focus on Japanese Haiku; and translating selected poets into Hindi.
