This time the format is different. 14 of Bangalore's finest poets will come together to perform poetry to reclaim our nation.
In 1947, India awoke to life and freedom. 71 years later, as we celebrate this freedom, it is also important for us to reflect on what it means to be Indian. All of us have different ideas about 'Indianness' and we need to create a nation which accommodates all these different ideas. At this special Mehfil, Bangalore's best poets come together to reclaim our nation. Join us for an evening of thought-provoking poetry on the ideas of India and it means for us to be truly independent.
