Linocut is a printmaking technique, a variant of woodcut in which a sheet of linoleum is used for the relief surface.
Carving on wood is best left to the masters.
This workshop gives you the liberty of designing your own blocks and print them immediately on handmade paper.
These can be used not only on paper but on many other surfaces like Wood, Cloth etc.
A design is cut into the linoleum surface with a sharp knife, with the raised (uncarved) areas representing a reversal (mirror image) of the parts to show printed.

3. Tools for Carving ( Each participant will be given a tool kit to take back)
6. 1 - A4 size paper to print.
