Cutting glass bottles and convert these into usable items is another way to recycle old/ used bottles. What if the process of cutting glass bottles is fun, safe, easy and environmental friendly!!!

Please come and join a DIY workshop and create a beautiful and decorative hanging glass lamps and candle stands from bottle.

In the workshop, participants will learn the entire process of glass cutting (in a safe way), scoring (marks), to smooth the edges of cut pieces, decoration of the lamp and candle stands and finally electrical fittings.

Date: 19th August 2018 (Sunday)

Time: 11.30 - 1.30 pm (can be stretched for another 45-60 mins)

Venue: Roliee Anshuman's Cter for English Excellence, Sector 28, Gurgaon, Haryana

Fees: Rs 1800/- per participant (includes taxes, bottle, decoration materials, Electrical fittings for lamp, etc). Please bring a bag to carry home your master pieces we created. Prior Booking is must as the seats are Limited.

Though, one bottle to learn the activity will be provided during the workshop to the participants, yet if you want to practice on more bottles then registered participants are requested to please bring 2-3 (additional) round glass cleaned bottles. Please make sure, the bottles should neither be rectangle nor square shape.

Procedure to clean and remove labels: Dip the bottles in soapy water overnight. Once the label comes off, scrubbed off the sticky part with soap and a scrubber. Wash these with running water and dry.
