Yoga Dance Workshop: Yoga dance is a fusion of yoga asanas and dance, as the slow subtle body movements with rhythmic music combined with yoga asanas gives a full body exercise . A session of yoga dance includes basic asanas focusing on the spine , limbs and core mixed with the fun element of dance to give more enjoyable experience. The purpose is to create a beautiful dance and heal the body and mind through movement and breathing.
Yoga dance focuses on connection with our body and expression through slow and subtle yogic movements .
Bringing breath work of yoga with rhythmic movements in dance together in a beautiful experience!
No prior experience required , beginners welcomed.
Mindful Eating 101:A session of mindful eating including a meditation practise.
A talk regarding emotional eating , cravings , breaking binge eating patterns, dieting issues. How we eat is as much important as what we eat. How to manage weight just by practising mindfulness and having a healthy body image, thus creating balance in our lifestyle and developing a healthy relationship with food and our body .

About the Facilitator:
Sharvi is a dancer at heart and has trained and explored herself in western styles like salsa, tango, bachata and Indian styles like kathak and folk dance. Her work focuses on connection with body and expression through movement and mindfulness - yoga dance and mindful eating is a result of this. She is blogger / writer and digital marketing enthusiast by profession.Traveling and backpacking across India , she is experienced in teaching workshops in Arambol, Goa, Mumbai and now Bangalore .
