This unique program is designed to help women:

2. Improve emotional wellbeing
3. Understand mood and diet
4. Unleash true potential
The program is designed by integrating methods from ancient yogic science, psychology, nutrition and modern medical science. It includes a half day workshop, hi-tea and yogic snacks, 2 follow-up classes on yoga and nutrition and a 20 minutes personalised session with a doctor.
This program is delivered by yoga teachers, a psychologist, a doctor and a nutrition coach. Post completion of this program, participants will get to be a part of our upcoming womens wellbeing community Dhyaana Shakti, a platform to discuss and get answers to queries related to womens wellbeing.
