Many of us think and assume that detox is a painful process where one needs to starve through the day or live on juices and soups. Yes, there are many kinds of detox therapies. But in a city life with all its demands, can one still detox ? 

Welcome to World Nutrition Week at Enerjuvate, Koramangala from 1st to 7th Septemeber. To celebrate this week, we bring to you 'Re-defining Detox', in collaboration with Mehak Puri, Lifestyle Consultant, Yellow Butterfly Yoga & Beyond

For each day of the week, we have curated ONE wholesome nutritious meal that you eat anytime of the day. Along with it you also get a drink as a morning ritual for the next day.
