Rang De would like to invite you to join us for an interesting speaking engagement, 'RangDezvous' with Aruna Rangachar Pohl, Director of Programs, India Foundation for Humanistic Development (IFHD) on the 25th of August 2018 between 5-6 pm, at Thoughtworks, Koramangala. 

Through her talk Aruna will highlight the challenges faced by farmer collectives, IFHD's efforts at problem-solving for them and what we as consumers can do to assist our small and marginal farmers.  

About India Foundation for Humanistic Development
IFHD is a Bangalore based not-for-profit that was created in response to the crisis in Food production due to depleting water, climate change, fragmenting land holdings, genetically modified foods, and large-scale migrations. Through its work, IFHD creates Catalytic Platforms that bring together different resources and stakeholders like FPOs, technical experts, funders etc. to enable transformation on the ground. Rang De has been working with IFHD since 2017 and has provided working capital support to two cooperatives in Odisha that IFHD provides mentoring and technical support to.
