About the Workshop:

Pratyahara Weekend is 2-day workshop designed to take the participants on an inward journey to experience calm and bliss using Yoga Nidra and meditation techniques from the wisdom traditions of Hatha yoga. The daily program includes gentle and accessible asana and pranayama practices as a precursor to pratyahara (meditation and Yoga Nidra) and will cover the finer aspects of these powerful practices. At the end of the program, participants will be able to include them into their daily routine and bring in more peace, joy, happiness and calm into their lives.
