 Learn Hatha, Hatha Vinyasa (Flow), Power Yoga, Pranayama and also do Guided meditations. This at Jus' Trufs, Jakkur from 17th September. Do three styles of Yoga on the three different days of the week with Pranayama and Meditation at the end of the class. The objective of the classes will be to provide a great experience to the practitioners while bringing about the wellness that Yoga promises.

Eight years into her corporate career, to make Yoga full time work. A huge transition, which has been nothing but a magical adventure for her. This practice of Yoga has transformed her on the physical, mental and spiritual plane and she wants to share this with everyone who wants to experience the best version of themselves. She has been teaching full time since the last 5 years and has worked with studios like Total Yoga and 1000 Yoga besides taking classes She has done a Yoga Instructor Course from SVYASA university and also upgraded with 200 hr certification which is affiliated to Yoga Alliance.
