about the instructor:

Swarup Chandrashekar has been certified by the Lavonne Academy of Baking Arts and Pastry Science. He has trained hundreds of students in whole wheat breads, tea cakes (with eggs or eggless), desserts (with eggs or eggless), soups, Italian cuisine, pies and tarts, and chocolate making. 

Classes have limited students to enable maximum interaction. Students are provided with an elaborate recipe booklet.
