Horagina Betta is a lesser visited hillock on route the Nandi Hills. The hillock hosts a very beautiful Lord Shani Eshwara temple. A nice drive from Bengalore and a good trek makes Horagina an ideal destination for a day trip. 

Do carry lots of water and beware of the naughty monkeys at the temple. It is 4724ft. (1440 meters) above sea level. The terrain is very diverse, rocky at some places & evergreen forest on the slopes. The hills are very rich in birdlife making it a very popular location for birdwatchers and bird photographers.

• We will start our day trip early in the morning. Be there at your pickup points on time which will be mailed/messaged to you.

• We will have our breakfast on the way.

• Once we reach Horagina Betta hillock, we will start our trek to the peak and cherish the beauty of the place.

• After that we will trek down to Bhoga Yoga Nandishwara temple  and have our fresh lunch here.

• Once we are done with our lunch we will depart back to Bangalore and if time would permit then we will visit a few other places on the way as well.

• On the way back to Bangalore we will have tea and coffee.

• By 8:30 PM we will be back in Bangalore.
