The Beginner’s Yoga Course is designed by Vishnudevananda ji to induct members into a long journey to wellness, good health and peace of mind through the correct understanding and practice of yoga.
In the course, you will have an overview of
Swami Vishnudevananda’s
five points of yoga – proper exercise, proper breathing, proper relaxation, proper diet and positive thinking and meditation.
You will go through a training on how to breathe properly, how to exercise, and how to relax. You will understand the importance and techniques of asana and pranayama, and the proper method of doing the surya namaskar.
You will also see the demonstrations of postures, and practice, and correct everything. You will also understand briefly, the philosophy and aim of yoga, and how you can get the maximum benefit for yourself and your family, by coming to the center, in Noida.
The Beginner’s Course is for four/six hours, split over two/four classes. Without participating in the course, long term benefits cannot be guaranteed.

This course is conducted by Sandarshita Yoga Center which is run by Neetu SIngh(Gayatri), She is a trained Sivananda Teacher, trained people to reach their highest potential through yoga, She is also Trained Reiki Practitioner, Feng Shui Expert and a Life coach. Helping people and guiding them to excel in life.
Plus one free open class-days will be decided with consent of students.
MP3 will be provided for home practice, also you are open to join Neetu's regular yoga session running in sector -100 Noida.
Charges: 5500/- for the whole course, open class, MP3 and one free life coaching session with Neetu at the comfort of your time.
