Come and learn charcoal painting with us :)
Charcoal is one of the oldest art mediums, having been used for cave drawings by early man. Back then, charcoal was used in the form of the ends of burned sticks. Todays charcoal artists have more modern options: compressed charcoal, vine charcoal, and powdered charcoal. Until within a few years, this material has been used almost exclusively for preliminary outline, but at present many finished drawings are made with it.
In this workshop, you will learn to create beautiful art pieces using charcoal and also various techniques like "HATCHING", "RUBBING", "BLENDING" and "LIFTING". We will first practice on some sheets and then proceed on creating our final piece. We have a lot of designs you can choose and get inspired from.
We provide all material that will be needed for the workshop :)
