Unhurried.in takes you through a unique Dasara themed tour in Bengaluru next weekend.

The tour takes one through the story of Dasara, the unique colourful dolls display and the markets thronged by locals during the festival.

We begin our walk from one of the homes in Cottonpete to view the "Gombegalu" (dolls) on display there. We will learn about the traditions of keeping the tradition of doll keeping in Dasara as well as Navratri from the experts while savoring some delicious "usli" & traditional sweets.

From here we head towards Malleshwaram market to view the myriad themed gombe on display. We cover some famous stalls that are known for their collection.

Finally after the colorful exhibits we end the tour with some crispy dosas or fluffy idlis and filter coffee.
