After participating in Masterchef India season 6 in 2019, Shillong-based Tanisha Phanbuh founded Tribal Gourmet, a platform and pop-up kitchen to explore Northeastern food, culture and identity.

At her ongoing pop-up at Pullman New Delhi Aerocity, you can delight in the delicacies of Meghalayan food with regional ingredients like bamboo shoots and bhut jolokia. Sip on a Kwai gin and tonic in between bites of cured fish with khalchi oil and perilla, and pan fried chicken with salsa and a punchy aioli.
