Executive chef Somasundaram’s specially curated menu features a mix of vegetarian and non-vegetarian dishes like meen kuzhambu (fish curry), nandu masala (crab curry), eral masala (prawn curry), kozhukattai (rice dumplings), vazhaipoo meen kuzhambu (banana flower gravy) and kuzhi paniyaram.
