This course contents will be delivered by an experienced runner, coach and a passionate teacher and the founder of KaysFIT Academy, Coach Kay (Kannan Sundararajan).

Workshop dates:

First day - 23-Jun, Sat between 7:30 am to 5:30 pm
Second day - 24-Aug, Sun between 9:00 am to 5:30 pm
