About the facilitator:
Shivani is a Creative Movement Facilitator certified by CID-UNESCO (International Dance Council, France) & Creative Movement Therapy Association of India (Member of American Dance Therapy Association). She has spent her entire career engaged in people and culture researcher and strategist.

She discovered that therapeutic potential of Dance and the Creative Arts to unlock our capacity to experience life more freely and holistically, gain everything from mind and body awareness, addresses gross to fine motor skills at one level, while building deep bonds with those around us, around whom we can express ourselves freely, dropping the veils and meeting each other on a very human level.

She has spent time since, working with foundations involved with populations with special needs such as Bal Ashram, Kailash Satyarthi Foundation and Devodhyog Foundation, Delhi. She is now looking to share her learnings and skills as a holistic practitioner of people-oriented work, seeking opportunities to lend her time to meaningful and creative research, creative collaborations and workshop engagements. In her free time, she dances, paints, writes poetry, and practices Tai Chi & Freestyle.
