Getting Unreserved is the next step of the travelling arts project titled UR/Unreserved, which traveled, last year, through Assam, Kashmir, Kerala and Karnataka to explore and create work around questions and notions of identity.
We present it as a performance sharing which is a mix of song, poetry, images, and sound - shared in an intimate and light-hearted way. While the work is performative, it refuses to fall into the regular category of performance or a show. Instead, the performance-sharing hopes to evoke thought and conversations around the theme of identities.
